Click above image for one of the most critical policy guidance documents of the day.  There are many who will read it, but more importantly are those who NEED to read it… those who are asleep or suicidally hopeful, believing that their good thoughts will be reciprocated by Islamists or that “it could never happen here.”  It’s not paranoia, it is reality.  It’s not a figment of the authors’ imaginations, it is the law.  Whose law?  For adherents to Islam, it is God’s law… above human reason and beyond ideology.  If you value your grandchildren (even the ones you don’t yet have) read it.  For your friends who remain hopeful that we can resign our future to the emotional balm of “getting along,” please urge them to read this critical work of our time.

1) He’s NOT going to accept Islam
2) He’s NOT going to submit and pay the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya… sounds gross, I know)
3) That means… SLAY HIM, such is the reward of those who reject faith

9/11… Pray for the victims and their families and friends.

Still, in Afghanistan.  Pray we have not forgotten why we are there.  To punish the evil doers, yes I went there, the EVIL DOERS that did this to us.

There will be more; this is tough fighting.  Pray for our fighting forces.  The Taliban, al-Qaeda, and all who support them are indeed, Evil Doers.  He wasn’t right about some things, but President Bush was right about that.  Jihad, from the root word “Mujahada” (meaning “warfare to establish the religion”… Reliance of the Traveler: The Classic Manual of Sacred Islamic Law) is a manifestation of evil.

The toughest thing Muslims may ever have to do is decide whether or not God was wrong when he supposedly prescribed slaying and fighting as a means of proselytizing, even okaying the flooding and burning of Unbelievers’ cities and the poisoning of their wells (al-Mutawakkil).  Toughest question Islam will ever face: Was God wrong, or is going “forward day and night to fight in the path of Allah better than the whole world and everything in it?” (Hadith Sahih Imam Muslim)

I would never want to have to answer such a question or be left with the hard swallow of having to assign the status of “metaphor” to Jihad when I was supposed to accept it as the pure and clear revealed truth of God.  I pray for my Muslim friends (yes, I’ve got them) who have to wrestle with such questions, then dig for weak hadith (hadith daif), such as the Greater and Lesser Jihad, rejected by the four major schools, to answer and rationalize that God Himself prescribed violence-by-humans as a means to an end.  Other major faith groups recognize violence as a human weakness that falls well short of God’s glory and requires reconciliation and redemption from God.

Different debate for another day from a separate chamber of my mind.  Let us not forget that we are in Afghanistan to PUNISH the evil doers who believed they were preparing the earth for God’s final judgement by killing 3,000 civilians on U.S. soil on 9/11/2001.

Never forget… accept no explanation that rationalizes the decision making processes of al-Qaeda.
